Pompano Beach Cultural Arts Center Now Open

(7-23-18) Pompano’s impressive new Cultural Center has a full schedule of shows for its 600-seat theater. Pompano Beach Road Upgrades

(7-23-18) New beach entries are complete for our guests at Cottages by the Ocean, Bahama Beach Club and Sunny Place! Pompano Beach spent $50M in a complete makeover for its spectacular new beachfront from Atlantic Blvd and North.  Now the beach road South of Atlantic Blvd has been overhauled with colorful mosaic pavers, decorative street lighting, expensive palms and plantings, new benches, showers, bike racks and park-like beach entries on every other block.

Pompano Beach State-of-the-Art Fishing Pier Under Construction

(7-23-18) Pompano's new fishing pier is half-way completed and will include all of the best features from fishing piers all over the country. Set to open in March 2019, just a five-minute walk from our properties.  It's being built higher to better sustain storms, and wider for better clearance between pedestrians and those fishing. This ADA accessible pier will include a bait/tackle shop, shade structures, guy-Harvey-style artwork, free public wi-fi, two 24-hour live cams showing the beach and a third underwater cam to show the fish beneath the pier. Pompano Beach Atlantic Blvd Bridge Artworks

(7-23-18) Work is underway to turn the Atlantic Blvd Bridge that goes over the Intracoastal Waterway into an iconic, multifaceted artwork. It will have high tension sails based at each end of the bridge with a light show at night. New Restaurants in Pompano Beach!

(7-23-18) New at the beach, just a short walk from our properties, is the rustic, Key West-style Beach House Pompano. This casual restaurant with sensational rooftop bar is right on the sand and overlooking the ocean just north of the pier.  Lots of WOW-factor in the design, and rave reviews by the toughest media food critics.
