(7-23-18) New at the beach, just a short walk from our properties, is the rustic, Key West-style Beach House Pompano. This casual restaurant with sensational rooftop bar is right on the sand and overlooking the ocean just north of the pier.  Lots of WOW-factor in the design, and rave reviews by the toughest media food critics. Enjoy seafood, steaks, chops, burgers and salads. It opened in April (after high season), and without a reservation it is still a two hour wait for dinner. (7-22-18) NOW OPEN:  Odd Breed Wild Ales brew pub and tapas in Pompano’s newly restored historic district at Atlantic Blvd. and Dixie Highway.  Check out USA Today’s June 2018 story on “Top 10 Best New Craft breweries in the US.” Pompano Beach now has seven craft breweries throughout town serving up a variety of special creations.

(7-22-18) Get set for next year's opening of Harbor Promenade NYC, a 2.2 acre restaurant and entertainment complex on the SE corner of Atlantic Blvd. and the Intracoastal Waterway, just a five minute walk from any of our Beach Vacation Rentals properties. The main restaurant will have 150 seats indoors and 350 seats outdoors with a retractable roof, and space for ten yachts to pull up.

(7-22-18) Our 2018 surprise annual inspections by the Superior Small Lodging Association were completed in June, and we have been informed that all five of our properties once again will receive the prestigious White Glove Award. Also, thank you TripAdvisor and wonderful guests who gave us such great reviews.  We received TripAdvisor's 2017 Certificate of Excellence, and we also won the 2017 Experts' Choice Award given by travel writers for top write-ups in publications like Fodor's and Lonely Planet. This award puts us in the top 2-percent of lodgings worldwide!

(7-21-18) Come out to the beach Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. for yoga on the Great Lawn (foot of Atlantic Blvd). It's free, but donations are welcome! And then enjoy a cool beverage at the concession stand, or take a yellow bicycle from the nearby stand using your credit card. Don't forget the free splash fountain for your little ones!
