For more waterfront wandering, walk down to the water at the base of the Atlantic Blvd bridge that crosses the Intracoastal Waterway. Sidewalks will take you all the way under and around the bridge base on either side. Enjoy the unique marine life murals that cover both spans of the bridge in a uniquely beautiful display of public art. Even at night, the murals are lighted for your viewing pleasure.

If you and your partner have a passion for history, aviation, or scenic views, visit the historic Pompano Airpark. A helicopter sightseeing tour can give you a birdseye view of the ocean, historic lighthouse, and Intracoastal Waterway mansions. Alternatively, a helicopter tour is a great way to check out the Everglades.

Visit Hillsboro Inlet Park for photos with a backdrop of the historic lighthouse. Watch the boats go in and out through the drawbridge and see what the fishermen are catching.
