A six passenger shuttle for Circuit Pompano Beach

When you plan a vacation, one of the most important things to consider is transportation. In Pompano Beach, visitors have a wide range of transportation options available to them, including a new shuttle service that’s on-demand and free.

The team at top-rated Beach Vacation Rentals is here to help you plan your vacation to Pompano Beach, a gem of an oceanfront town in south Florida. While guests can enjoy walking the city from our well-located vacation rentals, we also want to highlight other ways to get around Pompano Beach.

Pompano Circuit

Newly launched, Pompano Circuit is a game-changing ride service that benefits Pompano Beach visitors and locals alike. Download the app on your phone via Google Play or the App Store, and it works like Uber – only free!

One of the many six-passenger, covered, electric golf carts will pick you up right in front of your accommodation and take you anywhere up and down the beach or across the Intracoastal Waterway bridge to the supermarket. This environmentally friendly shuttle service transports users to some of Pompano Beach’s most popular attractions, including Pompano Beachfront, Fishing Pier, Harbor Pier, downtown shopping, and restaurants. The shuttle has an area in the back where passengers can store their belongings. When you’re ready to be picked up, you can use the app or just wave down a fleet driver.

Now you can help the environment by taking advantage of an electric shuttle while saving on transportation costs at the same time.

Pompano Beach Community Bus System

Another way to get around Pompano Beach is the community bus system. These are larger white buses and will take you beyond the beach area. The Pompano Beach Green Route, which goes to top attractions, including Pompano Beach Citi Center and Pompano Beach Aquatic Park, runs every 68 minutes and is free to use. There are three other routes throughout Pompano Beach, but these cost a fee. Still, the bus system is a convenient way for many to travel around Pompano Beach.

Broward County Bus System

The Broward County bus system (Bus 11) has stops all along beach road A-1-A and will take you all the way South to Fort Lauderdale beach and the Galleria Mall, about 10 miles down the road.

Enterprise Rental Car

While you may not need a car to get around Pompano Beach, guests who plan extended stays may wish to rent a car for part of the time they are here. South Florida has many wonderful places to visit and experience in the areas around Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. Enterprise Car Rental has three locations in Pompano Beach, and they will pick you up at our properties and take you to choose the car of your choice on their lots. It’s easy, and having a car gives you more options during your stay.
