Yacht & Beach Club condo is casual, tropical, carefully maintained and well suited for upscale business and vacation travelers (all apartments are two-bedroom/two bath). It offers a relaxing get-away that’s close to everything. You’ll find a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts. Enjoy the view of our marina from your living room and balcony.

The condo is immaculately clean and well-designed with new furnishings, granite counter-tops, two master bedrooms (each with full bath), and sleeps up to four people. One master has a king bed. The other has twin beds. A sleeper sofa is in the living room. You’ll find a complete kitchen with everything you need. Two laundry rooms are in the building. One parking space is assigned for your exclusive use.

Yacht and Beach Club is in a perfect location within a short, scenic walk to our award-winning Blue Wave beach and spectacular new oceanfront park promenade with state-of-the-art fishing pier and lots of family-friendly amenities. Walk to boat rentals, diving/snorkeling boats, party and charter fishing boats, gym, salons, supermarket, and dozens of shops and restaurants.

Take a five-minute drive to Pompano CitiCenter open air shopping mall, movie theaters, tennis and aquatics complex, dog park, historic air park for private planes, helicopter rides and the Goodyear Blimp base, 36-hole golf course with Greg Norman signature course and driving range, fishing fleet and historic Hillsboro lighthouse, Old Pompano historic district with Baily Contemporary Arts Center, Saturday Green market, The Amp outdoor concert venue, and the impressive new Pompano Cultural Arts Center.

It’s a 15-minute drive to a 24-hour Walmart superstore, the smoke-free ISLE Casino and Pompano Harness Track. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a 100-percent SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY. Smoking is no longer permitted anywhere inside the apartment or anywhere on the condo grounds or common areas. There is NO designated smoking area.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

Your stay with us is an investment worth protecting. We recommend all guests get travel insurance in the event you must cancel. For your convenience, here is an excellent travel insurance comparative website that offers consumer information and insurance quotes from the highest rated companies for your specific trip and needs, such as “Cancel for any Reason” including coronavirus. You can purchase right online. Two of the highly reputable companies we recommend are:

In the event of cancellation without insurance coverage, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of a $300 administration fee plus 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions.

Cross Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and continue East a few more blocks.
Go to the Intracoastal Waterway bridge but DO NOT go over it.
You will see Houston’s Restaurant on the left.
Get in the left turn lane at the base of the bridge, and turn left onto NE 28th Ave.
(note there is no street sign for NE 28th Ave.)
The street is only one block long and it dead ends into Pompano Yacht & Beach Club.
Unload your luggage in the circular drive, then park in assigned parking space #52
to the left of the building.

From Palm Beach International Airport, or from points North:

Take I-95 South, pass Boca Raton and the following exits
(Glades, Palmetto Park, Hillsboro, Sawgrass, Sample, and Copans)
Exit East on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach toward the ocean.
Cross Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and continue East a few more blocks.
Go to the Intracoastal Waterway bridge but DO NOT go over it.
You will see Houston’s Restaurant on the left.
Get in the left turn lane at the base of the bridge, and turn left onto NE 28th Ave.
