Tropical, well-maintained studio, one and two bedroom apartments are available in this one-story triplex on A-1-A, just one block from one of South Florida’s most pristine, award-winning beaches with lifeguards.  Miles of shoreline allow for long, uninterrupted runs or walks. Looking north, you’ll see our new, state-of-the-art fishing pier (2020) and historic lighthouse (1907).

You will find that our property is very clean, with lush landscaping and everything you need in your home-away-from-home. Enjoy full kitchens, free Wi-fi, free parking and a host of amenities to make you feel right at home. A coin laundry and BBQ grills are also on property.

Take a short walk to dozens of great local restaurants, shops, boat rentals, snorkel and dive boats, party and charter fishing boats, day spa, gym, pharmacy, banks and more. The smoke-free ISLE Casino, next door to Pompano Harness Track, is a 15-minute drive.

We are conveniently and centrally located in the safe, ocean side community of Pompano Beach, just 15 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale and 15 minutes south of Boca Raton. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to all South Florida business centers, shopping and attractions.

Payment Terms:

A 50% deposit of the rent, exit cleaning fee and taxes is due upon signing the lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 toward a security deposit is due prior to arrival, and can be put on a guest’s credit card as a temporary hold on the money instead of a charge to the card.

Cancellation Policy:

Your stay with us is an investment worth protecting. We recommend all guests get travel insurance in the event you must cancel. For your convenience, here is an excellent travel insurance comparative website that offers consumer information and insurance quotes from the highest rated companies for your specific trip and needs, such as “Cancel for any Reason” including coronavirus. You can purchase right online. Two of the highly reputable companies we recommend are:

In the event of cancellation without insurance coverage, the Guest is responsible for paying the full amount of rent for the contracted lease. The Landlord will refund monies realized from re-renting the unit during all or part of the same rental period, after deduction of a $300 administration fee plus 20% of each new rental fee collected to cover commissions.

Check in beginning at 4 p.m. Check out by 10 a.m.

Couldn’t Ask for More

We visited Sunny Place (apartment #2) for three weeks in February and we could not have asked for more regarding our accommodations! Sparkling clean, neat, beautifully appointed, quiet, walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants – see what I mean? I would absolutely recommend this property.


Nice Place and Location

The apartment was fully equipped and very spacious. Good wifi and beautiful tropical garden. Everything you need is in the apartment. Just one street from the beautiful beach. Publix is less than 5 minutes away. Just around the corner there are several restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in sunny place


Second Year

This was our second year at Sunny Place. We stayed 5 weeks last year and 3 1/2 this year. The decor is attractive and the cleanliness is A+. Area restaurants are plentiful. Sunny Place is 1 block from the beach and. People are friendly and the whole area is clean. I highly recommend this place for relaxation.


Cosy, clean, affordable accomodation in a great location

I have been returning to Sunny Place on a regular basis for the last 3 years. It was a great find the first time around and I am always glad to arrive in familiar surroundings when I arrive from Europe. The key system is easy and efficient, the prices are good and the appartments are cozy and clean. they are also well stocked with everything you could need for a stay at the beach. Which brings me on to my next point: Sunny Place is about 2 minutes walk from the beach. Since I discovered Sunny Place in Pompano Beach I have had no reason to stay elsewhere. I can highly recommend it in every regard.
