The Cottages are located on a quiet street in the safe, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, 15 min. North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Each newly restored cottage has fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living areas, vaulted ceilings with beams and paddle fans, large screened-in porches, central deck area and lush landscaping. The unit includes a king size bed and sleeper sofa.

For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed. Small dogs under 20lbs. - inquire.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $75 or $100 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Cottages by the Ocean is in the heart of Pompano Beach's oceanfront community, three blocks south of Atlantic Blvd. and a half block west of A-1-A.

It is centrally located 15 minutes north to downtown Boca Raton, and 15 minutes south to downtown Fort Lauderdale. We are 20 minutes north of Fort Lauderdale International Airport, 45 minutes north of Miami International Airport, and 40 minutes south of Palm Beach International Airport. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout South Florida.

Directions:

• From I-95, exit East on Atlantic Blvd. in Pompano Beach.

• Cross Federal Highway (U.S. 1) and cross the Intracoastal Waterway bridge.

• Turn right at the first light onto Hibiscus and go three blocks.

• Turn left on SE Third Street.

• Cottages by the Ocean are a half block down on the left, just before A-I-A. 

• Parking is available by the entrance.
