We have a beautiful, heated swimming pool right on the Intracoastal Waterway where you can spend the day or evening watching the passing yachts. Rentals are two-week minimum stays. Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted.

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus a $125 exit cleaning fee, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

Yacht & Beach Club Condo is near the NW corner of Atlantic Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway in Pompano Beach.

It is 15 minutes south of downtown Boca Raton, and 15 minutes north of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The Ft. Lauderdale International Airport is 25 minutes south. Miami International Airport is 45 minutes south. Palm Beach International Airport is 40 minutes north. The condo is a scenic, four block, seven minute walk to the beach. It is a seven minute drive to Interstate I-95 for easy access to anywhere in South Florida.

Directions:

• From I-95, exit east onto Atlantic Blvd. In Pompano Beach and head East toward the ocean.

• Cross Federal Highway (Route 1) and continue East a few more blocks.

• Go to the Intracoastal Waterway bridge but DO NOT go over it.

• You will see Mr. Fish gourmet seafood on the left.

• Get in the left turn lane at the base of the bridge, and turn left onto NE 28th Ave.

• (note there is no street sign for NE 28th Ave.)

• The street is only one block long and it dead ends into Condo Yacht & Beach Club.

• Unload your luggage in the circular drive, then park in assigned parking space #52 to the left of the building.
